Requirements
- Ideal candidate will be from an IB/consulting background where they have worked on large scale transactions
- 3-5 years of IB/Consulting experience
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
- Strong communications & stakeholder management
- Intrinsic bias towards action
- Fluidstack is looking for someone who can "hit the ground running" and take full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in or exposure to the tech/AI industry preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end deal execution for all data center and AI infrastructure deals with a strong focus on legal and financial execution
- Strategic partnership - Support on negotiation, structuring and closing of large partnerships
- M&A - Support on negotiation, structuring and integration of acquisitions made by FS.
- Maintain and optimize CRM and sales systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights for pipeline and revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product) to streamline workflows and remove operational friction in the commercial process
