The Commercial Excellence Manager is a cross‑functional, manager‑level role responsible for enabling the effectiveness of the Commercial Sales organization by owning key commercial processes, business systems, and data governance. Reporting to the VP of Sales, with oversight of Sales Director, this role serves as a strategic partner to the Commercial team, acting as the primary liaison between Sales and Corporate functions including Pricing, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Customer Service. This role is not administrative. It carries ownership and accountability for commercial workflows, CRM and contract platforms, and the integrity of sales, pricing, and contract data that drives quoting, pipeline management, and revenue execution.
