Jack Laurie Group is looking for experienced Commercial Metal Stud Framing subcontractor crews ready to get after consistent commercial interiors work.
We’re not looking for employees — this is strictly subcontractor / 1099 work for legit framing companies that know commercial construction.
If your crew shows up, works hard, communicates, and builds clean framing — we want to talk.
Projects include:
Offices
Healthcare
Retail & restaurants
Schools
Tenant buildouts

Requirements

• Real commercial framing experience (not just residential)
• Your own business (LLC / company)
• Insurance + workers comp
• Tools, transportation, and a reliable crew
• Guys who show up and get work done — no babysitting needed

Nice To Haves

• Drywall hanging
• Acoustical ceilings
• Interior build-outs

Responsibilities

• Commercial metal stud framing
• Layout, track, studs, headers, backing
• Reading prints and building to spec
• Working alongside other trades on active commercial sites
• Keeping production moving and jobs clean
