We are looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing function end-to-end and help scale Twinstake’s commercial impact. This is a hands-on, standalone role suited to a mid-level generalist marketer who is ready to step into a high-impact position, combining strategic thinking with strong execution. The role spans the full marketing lifecycle, including top-of-funnel lead generation, CRM and email campaigns, content creation and distribution, digital marketing and SEO, brand building, and event support. You will sit within the commercial function (sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success) and report directly to the VP of Sales, working closely with sales and other commercial stakeholders to drive pipeline growth, strengthen market positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives. The role is well-suited to a strong generalist marketer who is comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, translating commercial objectives into practical marketing execution, and operating with a high degree of autonomy. While this role offers flexibility in working patterns, we are ideally looking for someone based in London to enable regular in-person collaboration with the commercial team and broader business. This position is well suited to someone with experience in a start-up or early scale-up environment who is highly organised, self-sufficient, and motivated by ownership. Over time, there is scope for this role to evolve as the company and marketing function continue to grow.
