About The Position

Commercial Enterprise Marketing Lead The Opportunity: Build a high-impact marketing engine that drives enterprise pipeline, strengthens market positioning, and accelerates the commercialization of advanced cybersecurity and AI-enabled offerings. Define differentiated messaging for enterprise and regulated markets, align marketing investments with business objectives, and leverage AI-driven strategies to optimize targeting, campaign efficiency, and measurable revenue impact. Integrate AI into marketing operations, driving precision, velocity, and scalability while partnering with cross-functional teams to develop pricing, go-to-market strategies, and product commercialization tactics. Act as a data-driven, outcome-focused leader with technical credibility in both cybersecurity and AI, capable of influencing senior executives, engaging CISOs and boards, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with B2B enterprise marketing, including sectors such as cybersecurity, SaaS, or hybrid service-product business models
  • Experience owning marketing-driven revenue targets and tracking pipeline performance against Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and margin objectives
  • Experience successfully commercializing technical innovations and driving product-based revenue
  • Experience implementing AI-powered personalization, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and predictive analytics to optimize targeting, win rates, and campaign impact, including building and managing performance dashboards to track metrics such as attribution, bookings, and pipeline growth
  • Experience modernizing marketing technology stacks, including selecting and deploying AI-enabled automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and scalability
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and facilitating collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to align shared growth objectives
  • Ability to partner with Product and Strategy teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product packaging for technology-driven solutions
  • Ability to drive pipeline for multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including for complex offerings requiring both technical and policy buy-in
  • Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree
