About The Position

This role is pivotal in shaping marketing strategies through data-driven insights. You will build and scale a comprehensive marketing measurement capability that contributes to enhanced planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in marketing analytics and experience in both B2B environments and e-commerce analytics. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing measurement across multiple channels.
  • Experience in developing measurement frameworks and new analytics capabilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling (MMM) and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C environments is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable, full-funnel marketing measurement framework that aligns with business goals and marketing strategies.
  • Define and standardize KPIs across brand, demand generation, and retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end campaign planning and measurement.
  • Provide guidance on learning agendas and application of insights to planning cycles.
  • Support measurement and optimization of e-commerce performance, including traffic and conversion.
  • Help integrate digital and offline data sources for holistic performance evaluation.
  • Manage and develop a marketing analytics analyst, fostering a collaborative environment.
