Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing measurement.
  • Experience developing and implementing measurement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with MMM, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable, full-funnel marketing measurement framework.
  • Define and standardize KPIs across brand, demand generation, and retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end campaign planning.
  • Ensure measurement plans are in place for all major campaigns.
  • Provide guidance on learning agendas and insights application.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on measurement priorities.
  • Support e-commerce performance measurement and optimization.
  • Manage and develop a marketing analytics analyst, fostering their growth.
  • Guide performance analysis of marketing effectiveness across channels.
