You’ll be responsible for: Manage contract administration, documentation, valuations, variations and cost reporting to ensure robust commercial control. Lead claims evaluation, completion certification and agreement of final accounts. Provide direction and performance management to cost teams while driving process and system improvements. Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion continuous improvement and net‑zero delivery.

Requirements

• Proven commercial management experience with strong contract administration and risk/change control capability.
• Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent), with professional membership desirable.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and digital skills with solid sector knowledge.
• Effective communicator who builds stakeholder relationships and drives improved ways of working.
