PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: You will support the full commercial lifecycle, from contract strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and compliance standards. Your responsibilities include: Contract Ownership and Lifecycle Management - Draft, redline, negotiate, and execute a broad range of agreements, including MSAs, Frame Agreements, Sales T&Cs, POs and amendments, Channel Agreements, M/NDAs, and U.S. Government prime and subcontract flowdowns, as well as cybersecurity and confidentiality addenda. Maintain contract templates, track expirations, and collaborate with Legal and other internal stakeholders. Risk Management and Governance - Lead risk identification, quantification, and mitigation across all deals. Facilitate risk reviews, document decisions, and ensure adherence to business Delegation of Authority. Maintain clause libraries, deviation logs, and negotiation playbooks to support consistent and compliant commercial practices. Tender Strategy and Proposal Leadership - Drive winning bid strategies by coordinating inputs from engineering, product line, sourcing, and supply chain teams to align with tender requirements. Translate customer specifications into actionable commercial strategies and support all elements of the commercial proposal, including preparation and delivery of customer‑facing submissions. Deal Execution and Commercial Operations - Lead deal reviews covering pricing, costing, and contractual obligations. Draft and review amendments and alternative proposals. Leverage dashboards and analytical tools to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision‑making. Cross‑Functional Enablement and Collaboration - Partner with functional leadership and coach Sales and Commercial Operations teams on risk parameters, contract structures, and negotiation frameworks. Develop reference materials, checklists, and guidance documents to strengthen commercial enablement. Execution Support and Handover - Ensure seamless handoffs from Inquiry‑to‑Order (ITO) through Order‑to‑Remittance (OTR), including contract summaries, risk matrices, obligation matrices, and documentation of prime and sub‑supplier flowdowns. Support complex change orders, claims, and formal contract notices.
