Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, the Commercial Manager supports the commercial strategy and day‑to‑day management of the existing BESS service portfolio. This role plays a key part in the commercial operations of the deployed fleet, contributing to negotiations for long‑term service agreements (LTSAs), managing routine commercial activities, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented commercial professional with strong customer focus and a solid understanding of service operations. Success in this role requires close collaboration with partner teams—including Grid Sales, Contract Management, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service Engineering—to ensure alignment and effective execution of both routine and strategic objectives. The Service Commercial Management team oversees commercial aspects of the customer relationship from LTSA development through commissioning and throughout the service lifecycle. In this capacity, the Commercial Manager helps identify and secure post‑commissioning revenue opportunities such as O&M extensions, software licensing agreements, post‑warranty service requests, and site‑specific upgrades or energy augmentation. This role directly contributes to strengthening customer relationships and supporting future business opportunities for LG ES Vertech.
