About The Position

The Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for driving recurring revenue and long-term client relationships through the sale of roof maintenance programs and repair services. This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's growth by identifying new opportunities, inspecting roofs, and transitioning aging roofs into reroof projects.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in roofing, construction, or building services preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, shingle, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct roof inspections safely (training and PPE provided).
Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with tablets, CRM systems, and digital reporting tools.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough roof inspections and create detailed condition reports with photos.
Develop and present maintenance and repair proposals tailored to client needs.
Manage service renewals and customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Identify reroofing opportunities and transition qualified leads to the commercial sales team.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handoff from inspection to proposal.
Maintain accurate CRM records to track maintenance pipelines and renewal opportunities.
Support the creation of marketing collateral and service templates to enhance client communication.
