As a Commercial Loan Processor with MRV Banks , you’ll support local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community leaders by preparing and managing commercial loan files that help them expand, hire, invest, and grow. Requirements
- High school diploma required; degree or lending knowledge preferred
- Commercial or business lending/processing experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex files and deadlines
- Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with teammates
- Comfort working with financial documents and numbers
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning new systems
- Reliable, consistent, solution-focused mindset
- Ownership mentality — someone who follows through and gets things done
Responsibilities
- Process commercial loan applications efficiently and accurately
- Gather, review, and verify financial statements, tax returns, and business documentation
- Prepare loan files, disclosures, and documentation for new loans, renewals, and modifications
- Coordinate with lenders, credit analysts, title companies, and attorneys to move deals forward
- Track ticklers, exceptions, and collateral documentation
- Ensure files are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
- Provide timely updates and proactive follow-up on outstanding items
- Support strong, long-term relationships with our business customers through reliable service
