Provides support to the Commercial Lending Department by maintaining accurate loan files, scanning and organizing closed loan documentation, and ensuring proper recording and release of mortgages and UCC filings. This position is responsible for preparing settlement statements and coordinating disbursements through general ledger accounts, wire transfers, or checks. The role also assists with internal audits, regulatory examinations, and post-closing reviews to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
