The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist supports credit administration and commercial loan functions in an administrative role.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of LaserPro
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• An Associate’s degree, or higher, with an emphasis in business
• Previous commercial loan administration experience
• Banking experience, or 3 years in a related position, including a knowledge of commercial loan products and loan documentation

Responsibilities

• Use your LaserPro skills to prepare commercial loan documents needed, in order to ensure each approved loan adheres to the commercial loan policy
• Works with team to ensure due diligence documents are received and correct
• Applying math and accounting principles to balance loan general ledger accounts, using Excel
• Enters new loans on a tracking report and issues checks and wire transfers for those loans
