Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist Pima Federal Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist . Our Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for drafting both simple and complex commercial loan documentation, conducting post-closing reviews, and managing the review and processing of construction draw packages. This role works closely with commercial loan officers, borrowers, and third-party vendors to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and disbursement of commercial loans. In this role, the Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist prepares complete loan documentation packages for execution, ensuring all documents meet regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Attention to detail is critical, as this position is responsible for maintaining organized loan files with proper signatures, dates, legal descriptions, and supporting documentation. The specialist also requests, collects, and reviews required materials such as borrower entity documents, title and escrow items, insurance, appraisals, and environmental reports. Additionally, this role performs post-closing reviews of funded loans to ensure all data is accurately reflected in the core system and aligned with approved terms. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of commercial loan administration experience, including loan documentation and processing.
  • Strong understanding of business entity structures and complex loan structures.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of applicable experience drafting loan documentation, including use of systems such as LaserPro and/or Jack Henry preferred.
