Assist lending staff with daily responsibilities including document collection, closing, booking and funding loans, handling loan payments and advances, telephone and personal interaction with customers and third party venders to accommodate banking needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist lending staff with daily responsibilities, including document collection, loan closings, and telephone / personal interaction with customers and third-party vendors to accommodate banking needs. Produce loan documents using Decision Pro and/or Laser Pro. Review closing documents prior to loan funding and ensures any pending items are addressed Work Lender’s Technical Exceptions Assists in obtaining updated financial statements, credit reports, and other financial information to maintain the servicing file Efficiently process customer requests, including but not limited to, opening new accounts, account maintenance, check orders, stop payments, ATM/Check Card disputes, balance inquiries, balance transfers, etc. Interact with staff and departments for accurate resolutions to problems and errors Perform other duties and projects as assigned
