About The Position
We seek a highly motivated Commercial Loan Assistant to join our team in Frisco. As a Commercial Loan Assistant, you will support our loan officers in processing and underwriting commercial loans. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of loan applications. You will also maintain precise loan files and communicate with clients throughout the loan process. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our lending team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial lending or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice To Haves
- Experience with loan processing software
- Knowledge of commercial lending regulations and compliance
- Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
