About The Position

The Commercial Loan Administrator is responsible for managing and processing commercial loan applications from start to finish. This role involves gathering and verifying financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate smooth and timely loan approvals. Requirements

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
  • (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through and apprenticeship program.
  • Work involves much personal contact with other inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key staff to ensure ongoing collaborations and support.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary financial information and documentation.
  • Obtain, review, and verify loan applications documents, Business Entity Documents, and necessary supporting materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of loan applications and processing activities.
  • Complete loan closing and manage loan disbursement process.
  • Build and save the loan file post-closing and book loan on core system.
  • Own internal and external member problems, issues, and complaints, and ensure the appropriate follow up to achieve proper resolution.
