About The Position
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a well-regarded law firm in their search for a Litigation Partner to join its Michigan practice. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial litigator with a strong courtroom presence and an active Michigan practice.
Requirements
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Background with an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional, or sophisticated boutique firm
- Active commercial litigation practice in Michigan with frequent trial experience
Nice To Haves
- Portable book of business of at least $350K (preferred range $500K-$700K)
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters in Michigan state and federal courts
- Lead all phases of litigation, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial
- Advise clients on dispute resolution, risk assessment, and compliance with Michigan laws and regulations
