Commercial Litigation Associate
About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in its Tallahassee office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location. Located steps away from the capitol building, the Supreme Court of Florida, and many state administrative departments and agencies, the Tallahassee office, which opened in 1987, offers our clients full-service legal counsel on a statewide basis. All applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience (3 to 4 years) in commercial litigation, product liability, franchise, insurance coverage, or class action defense
- Prior experience drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions and managing document reviews
- Written and oral advocacy skills
