Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Litigation Associate to its South Florida Commercial Litigation group in the Fort Lauderdale office. We Know You You have 3 to 6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience, and you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You enjoy legal research and persuasive writing. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions. Preferably, you have experience in insurance defense litigation, professional liability, D&O, and/or Employment matters. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted, and in good standing, to the Florida Bar.
