About The Position

Offit Kurman, a full-service Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Charlotte, North Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in developing a long-term litigation career. We are also open to law clerks and recent graduates from ABA-accredited law schools who bring strong research, writing, and analytical skills to the table. Practice Area: This position will primarily support our litigation practice and related commercial litigation matters. Prior experience with landlord representation, real estate litigation, and property management a plus. Why Offit Kurman? Requirements

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the North Carolina bar required
3-10 years of litigation experience
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
Motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with landlord representation, real estate litigation, and property management a plus.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Assist with depositions, hearings, and client communications
Collaborate with senior attorneys across practice areas in a team-oriented environment
