About The Position

A national Am Lawlevel firm is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of complex litigation experience to join its expanding Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. The group handles a wide range of matters for local, national, and international clients across multiple industries. The practice includes work in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. The firm offers strong growth potential and a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, ideally in commercial or adjacent practice areas.
• Excellent writing, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active Utah bar license required (or eligibility for prompt admission).

Nice To Haves

• Experience appearing in state and/or federal court is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle a spectrum of commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory, or construction disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Conduct fact investigation, document review, and deposition preparation.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and case management conferences.
• Support trial and appellate teams as needed.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy.
