About The Position

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in its Tallahassee office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location. A Day in the Life Located steps away from the capitol building, the Supreme Court of Florida, and many state administrative departments and agencies, the Tallahassee office, which opened in 1987, offers our clients full-service legal counsel on a statewide basis. All applicants are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. We Know You Drawing from your meaningful experience ( 3 to 4 years ) in commercial litigation, product liability, franchise, insurance coverage, or class action defense , you feel confident in your abilities to ensure a successful client experience. You have prior experience drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions and managing document reviews. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the Florida Bar (preferred). Requirements
