About The Position
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter/Broker to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing new relationships with retail brokers and binding new and renewal business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of solid sales experience
- P&C license
- Willingness/ability to travel as needed
- Outgoing, personable, and consultative
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a wholesale role highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships with retail brokers
- Bind new and renewal business
- Work on a mix of Casualty and Property Accounts
- Understand needs and develop submissions/bind accounts
- Quote new/renewal business
- Traveling for client meetings & business arrangements
