Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to join their team in Manassas, VA. This role is designed to help the individual gain technical knowledge and learn the processes and procedures within the commercial lines department. Primary duties include general clerical functions and data entry, with additional projects assigned as needed. Requirements

Current college enrollment
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities

Assist with policy checking for commercial P&C accounts.
Assist with the submission process, including claims analysis.
Assist with the preparation of proposals.
Assist with loss runs and MVR orders.
Perform Clerical functions including, but not limited to scanning, proofreading, and photocopying documents.
Assist with entering data into applications as needed.
Reviewing and assigning documents scanned into ImageRight.
Back-up the front desk as needed.
Special Projects as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
