About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial lines insurance sales who is passionate about building relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
- 3-5 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales goals
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell commercial insurance policies to meet client needs
- Proactively follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through networking, community involvement, and events such as chamber meetings and golf outings
- Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company
- Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service
