Commercial Lines Producer – Build Your Book with Equity Potential F ayetteville, NC | Independent Agency | Full-Time Are you a driven commercial insurance producer looking for a high-impact role where your efforts are rewarded with long-term equity and minimal service responsibility? Our client, a respected independent agency in Fayetteville, NC, is expanding and seeking two Commercial Lines Producers to join their growing team. With strong carrier access, backend support, and a proven commission structure, this opportunity is designed for producers ready to build a profitable book in a market that isn’t oversaturated. Why This Role Stands Out: No service work required – focus purely on new business 25% commission on all new business from day one Equity available once you reach $1.5M in premium (increases to 45% commission on new and renewal) Access to a wide range of competitive standard markets Strong backend support allows you to focus on production What You’ll Be Doing: Out in the field ~90% of the time (the rest is office-based) Building a book from scratch with full autonomy Writing mostly commercial, some personal lines Working with top carriers like Auto-Owners, Cincinnati, Travelers, Progressive, Safeco, and more Managing your own outreach and marketing strategy What We’re Looking For: Active P&C license (required) 1–3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred Background in independent agencies or strong sales aptitude Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build equity in your book Experience with Applied TAM is a plus Compensation & Structure: Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 Commission: 25% new business; 45% on new/renewal post-equity If you’re ready to take control of your book and be part of a high-reward sales culture, we want to hear from you. Requirements
- Active P&C license (required)
- 1–3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred
