About The Position

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will work on a variety of accounts, including contractors, trucking, retail, and more, with a focus on providing exceptional service and driving business growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
Highly competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone to prospect.
Must be based in Central Ohio and willing to travel locally for networking and prospecting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epic software is a plus (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a book of business, focusing on commercial accounts such as construction, real estate, contractors, trucking, and retail.
Actively prospect and network to generate new leads and build client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to quote and renew business.
Utilize Epic software and carrier websites to manage accounts and ensure smooth operations.
Attend occasional fun and engaging team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
