A day in the life. As our Commercial Lines Motorsports Account Executive on the Motorsports Practice team, you will expertly support a high-volume book of business dedicated to high-net-worth clients with prized motorsports and collector vehicles. Working alongside a team of experienced colleagues and car enthusiasts, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Motorsports commercial insurance products and risk management strategies while advancing your professional growth. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional client service, providing tailored coverage solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to protect the unique assets and passions of our clientele. You will review client exposures, loss histories, and current coverages to assess commercial risk, then act as a trusted advisor by providing expert risk-management guidance and services tailored to motorsport needs. You’ll also negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing with multiple specialty carriers to secure comprehensive options for clients and prospects, and present renewal proposals and lead annual, interactive client reviews. Day-to-day, you’ll provide proactive service by anticipating client needs and responding promptly to questions in person, by phone, or via email, while maintaining accountability for client retention through exceptional service and driving new business through referrals and program expansion. You’ll also coordinate pre-event risk assessments and insurance planning for motorsports events, competitions, and track days to mitigate exposure and ensure appropriate coverage, collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals for seamless policy issuance and claims handling, and stay current on industry trends, emerging risks, and relevant insurance products. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
