About The Position

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is integral to supporting the Commercial Lines department by providing back-end administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial lines insurance and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. This is not a client-facing role but will involve regular interaction with carriers and internal team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
  • Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management software is highly desirable.
  • Personable and approachable demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • prior experience with certificates

Responsibilities

  • Providing back-end support for the Commercial Lines Account Management team.
  • Handling endorsements, certificates, and policy updates in the agency management system.
  • Preparing for policy renewals, including gathering loss runs, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs), and other necessary documentation.
  • Following up on invoices and ensuring timely processing.
  • Communicating with carriers to obtain policy information and resolve issues.
  • Assisting the Account Management team in a pooled environment to ensure client needs are met.
