Scope of Responsibilities This role supports our Emerging Business / Small Commercial segment, working with clients that are typically smaller in size and complexity. Accounts are fast-paced, high-volume, and relationship-driven, providing an opportunity to build strong client management fundamentals across a broad portfolio. You will play a key role in client retention and account development, ensuring each client receives prompt, accurate, and high‑quality support. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline‑driven environment, is highly self‑motivated, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
