Commercial Lines Client Executive, P&C

Apex Staffing CompanyHarper Woods, MI

About The Position

Step into a day where clients count on your expertise Morning begins with a client check-in to prep for a stewardship review. You walk them through coverage options and exclusions, highlight risk management strategies, and align on renewal objectives. By midday, you’re negotiating terms, pricing, and conditions with underwriters, marketing both new and renewal placements to the right carriers, and leveraging the strong relationships you’ve built. Afternoon brings a complex claim escalation—handled with calm, clarity, and care—followed by documenting every transaction, email, and conversation in the agency management system.
