Requirements

Fluent Spanish & English (required).
Active Property & Casualty license highly desirable.
Minimum 2+ years in the insurance industry with strong commercial experience.
Comfortable with sales, client relationships, and agency systems.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial accounts end to end: quoting, binding, renewals, and service.
Manage your team so you can growth together.
Gather accurate business and risk information for underwriting.
Market accounts with carriers and communicate with underwriters.
Clearly explain coverage so clients understand their protection.
Handle COIs, endorsements, audits, billing, and documentation accurately
Protect the renewal book and collaborate with the team professionally.
Marketing to help find customers for the commercial department, networking and more.
