We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a $4–5M book of business across diverse and complex industries. This is a true A–Z, soup-to-nuts role where you’ll own the full client lifecycle—servicing, renewals, marketing, endorsements, compliance, and long-term relationship management. Collaborate closely with 1 + Producers in a highly supportive, team-centered environment. While there are some virtual assistants available for certain administrative pieces, this role is a primary driver of service excellence and requires strong independence, organization, and confidence managing larger accounts.
