Nice To Haves
- 3 years of commercial claims experience within a retail brokerage
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Carefully review the carrier coverage correspondence
- Act as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters, including management of potential and active claims
- Managing Commercial Lines claims, ensuring they're promptly and accurately reported to insurance carriers
- Input claim details into the agency management system
