About The Position

Corona Nissan is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to work evening shifts during the week and weekend. You are the first face our guests see when they walk in our front doors. We are looking for a friendly, helpful, and dependable new employee to add to our team. As a Receptionist, we provide exceptional customer service for all walk-ins on the showroom floor and all calls we receive over the phone. It is our duty to answer all inbound calls in a professional customer-friendly manner and transfer all calls to the correct party or department in a timely manner. We are the first person our guests speak with, and we play a big role in transitioning our guests to our Sales team or other departments. This is an entry-level position that is part-time with the ability to learn more. Answers all calls in accordance with company policies, using the company approved greeting in a friendly and professional manner Responds quickly and accurately to incoming telephone calls by transferring to the correct party Greets and directs guests to the correct individual and notifies the appropriate person that their guest has arrived Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more complex inquires to the appropriate person Gain knowledge of services other departments offer to assist our guests Must have great customer service skills and capabilities to work with our guests and team members Time management, communication, and multitasking skills are a must Ability to work closely with Management team, Sales team, Service team, and Accounting office
