We offer career opportunities where you can contribute and grow. Our Commercial Casualty department is seeking an underwriting professional for a product development and book management position. This individual will have strong knowledge of General, Professional and Commercial Umbrella/Excess Liability forms, rules, rates, underwriting and processing systems. This individual will drive product enhancements aligned with Commercial Casualty priorities through cost-effective solutions that improve underwriting execution/efficiency and deliver consistent communication to all applicable underwriting teams. This individual will develop and update technical guidance, procedures, training, and communication material for all Commercial Casualty Products. This individual will have comprehension of line of business metrics leveraged to manage the Commercial Casualty book of business. Collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with cross functional resources, including Claims, Loss Control, Underwriting, Actuarial, Filings, Information Technology, and other Specialist Groups are critical to success in this role. This position can be based either at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio or remote work flexibility is available for candidates residing outside the Greater Cincinnati area. The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
