Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Associate Account Executive to join our growing team in the East Division. Our Associate Account Executives will be responsible for policy maintenance and service of client accounts. This position will be expected to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support service to clients and coworkers and can be done remotely once fully trained.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Strong organizational skills- ability to prioritize and be proactive.
  • Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Applied Systems / EPIC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Check policy for accuracy (comparing it to the proposal and agency management system) and handle corrections according to agency guidelines
  • Manage the change request and endorsement process according to agency guidelines
  • As secondary contact, receive, review and document client and insurer correspondence (phone, email, mail, fax, etc.) in agency management system, according to agency guidelines
  • Review follow up list on a daily basis and take appropriate action
  • Prepare Certificates of Insurance
  • Act as primary back-up for Account Manager, handling immediate service needs as capable
  • Prepare renewal exposure requests
  • Prepare draft proposals and renewal documents
  • Prepare evidence and proofs of coverage and forward to appropriate parties
  • Prepare loss summaries
  • Prepare applications for re marketing and quote with different carriers
