Requirements

At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience from a retail brokerage or independent agency
Active Property & Casualty license
MS Office
Insurance agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS 360)

Responsibilities

Managing the processing of binders, endorsements, policies, and work certificates, ensuring everything is handled efficiently.
Ordering loss runs and compiling crucial data to keep our client records complete and accurate.
Assist with application input and online rating, helping to streamline our processes.
Maintaining accurate records and verifying policy details to ensure we're always in compliance.
You'll be a go-to person for client inquiries, providing clear answers on products, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure every client receives top-notch service.
