Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred; candidates with less experience but exceptional skills will also be considered.
Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients.
Highly organized with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a commitment to collaboration.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Epic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a Colorado-based book of business, including accounts in construction, contractors, and other industries.
Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, protecting the best interests of clients and partners.
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
