SBU Commercial Lines Account Manager
About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on managing small commercial accounts within the Select Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. This is a fully remote position based in Texas, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team. Compensation Package Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $50,000 in premium or less.
- Provide full A–Z account management, including service and retention.
- Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, marketing/remarketing, and client communication.
- Quote and process renewals, with a focus on retention and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
