Commercial Lines Account Manager
About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role has become available due to a retirement, and looking for a professional who can seamlessly step into the position and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, a proven ability to manage mid-level commercial accounts, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation Package Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees (dependent coverage not included) 401(k): 4% employer match Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote preferred; additional flexibility available for highly qualified candidates) Travel: None required
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role within the commercial lines insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage mid-level commercial accounts effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (specific software experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day customer service for mid-level commercial accounts
- Collaborate with producers and account executives to ensure seamless client experiences
- Handle renewal business processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Support the commercial team in achieving organizational goals and delivering high-quality service
