Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
2+ years in commercial insurance, with strong knowledge of coverages including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, and Professional Liability
Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems
Client-centered and service-oriented
Adaptive and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Engaging and able to build rapport with clients and team members
Politely assertive in negotiations and problem-solving
A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a designated book of commercial lines business
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive account management
Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and audits
Collaborate with producers to identify client needs and provide strategic insurance solutions
Work with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve billing or policy issues
Prepare proposals, review coverages, and assist clients with claims as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
Ensure compliance with agency standards and industry regulations
