Role Overview The Customer Service and Account Manager role is a dual focus position supports our Commercial Lines Sales Producers. This individual will manage client relationships, service accounts, and perform licensed insurance activities while delivering proactive solutions that align with each client’s needs.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty License required
  • Life License preferred
  • Minimum 2 years Property and Casualty experience required
  • Minimum 1 year Commercial Insurance experience required
  • Ability to commute
  • Strong professionalism and ethical standards
  • Consistent follow through on deadlines meetings and client commitments
  • Ability to operate on Eastern Standard Time
