Requirements

Active 220 License is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate insurance.
Proven ability to manage large accounts and policies effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives with daily account management tasks, including scheduling changes and adding/removing properties.
Serve as the primary client-facing contact, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Manage a book of business consisting of large national real estate/habitational accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
