About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing large national real estate/habitational accounts and providing exceptional client service. Requirements

  • Active 220 License is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate insurance.
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and policies effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives with daily account management tasks, including scheduling changes and adding/removing properties.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Manage a book of business consisting of large national real estate/habitational accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
