About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a well-established and expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a passion for client service, and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong preference for candidates with independent agency experience
- Proven expertise in managing commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
- Proficiency in using Epic software or similar agency management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management for commercial lines clients, handling all aspects of account servicing from A to Z
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts across various industries (excluding transportation)
- Handle both new business quotes and renewal processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
