Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Proficiency in agency management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage a generalist book of business, including accounts in industries such as environmental, transportation, trucking, contractors, restaurants, retail, and more.
Handle all aspects of account management, including servicing renewals, quoting, and client communications.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
Utilize agency management software to manage client accounts and documentation.
