Nice To Haves
- You have 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience
- You know commercial insurance inside and out, including different coverage options and endorsements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- You’re comfortable using AMS/CRM systems like HawkSoft, Veruna, or EzLynx
Responsibilities
- Service a book of small-midsize commercial accounts
- You’ll be the primary contact for your clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and coverage
- Handle renewals to make adjustments, you’ll ensure policies stay up to date and continue to meet client needs
- Explaining coverage options, negotiating renewals, or preventing coverage gaps
- You’ll work closely with producers, customer service reps, and underwriters to find the best solutions for your clients
