About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (5-10 years preferred)
• Proficiency in EZLynx software or similar platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional and well-spoken demeanor
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a $3M generalist book of business, including small to middle-market accounts ($1K-$100K in size)
• Handle remarketing, cross-selling, and responding to client inquiries
• Quote and process renewals (90%) and new business (10%)
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
• Utilize EZLynx software for quoting and processing
